Englewood, CO – Village Homes introduces four new home designs priced under $300,000, providing more opportunity for Colorado home buyers to purchase in three of the company's communities awarded Community of the Year by the Metro and Northern Home Builders Association. This weekend, pre-sales for the Park Collection will begin at Idyllwilde in Parker, Southshore in Aurora and Observatory Village in Fort Collins. The company plans to release the same home designs in additional communities shortly in Castle Rock and Longmont.
The four new designs include a ranch and three two-stories, and select locations will include a free finished basement, an incentive Village Homes introduced last July. The Park Collection is priced from the mid $200s to just over $300,000, and the homes range from 1,735 to 2,546 square feet, and all feature an over-sized 2-car garage.
"This new collection of homes is at a price point that gives a lot more families the opportunity for home ownership," said Cheryl Schuette, President and COO for Village Homes. "In addition to living in some of Colorado's best communities, homebuyers will receive the same care and level of services synonymous with Village Homes."
