FORT COLLINS – Village Homes, continuing its role as Colorado’s community builder, is proud to announce that Observatory Village has been selected as “Best Community” by the Home Builders Association of Northern Colorado (HBA). The community, located in Fort Collins, also earned awards for Best Floorplan, Best Sales Team and Community Service Person of the Year. The honors were presented at the HBA’s recent MAME awards, a marketing and design awards program that recognizes outstanding achievements in the home building industry in Northern Colorado.

• Community Service Person of the Year – Patricia Elliott, Village Homes’ ambassador.
