Why we use Cookies at VillageHomes.com...
Welcome to the Village Homes website. We are the largest privately-owned homebuilder in Colorado and take great pride in the special communities we build throughout the Denver Metro Area and beyond. Because we strive to present information about our homes and communities in a dynamic and more enjoyable way, it's necessary to use session variables throughout this website.

What this means to you, the user...
Session variables require that Cookies be enabled on your Internet browsing software for VillageHomes.com. Session variables are the most commonly implemented web technology today, and without them we wouldn't be able to give the end user, like yourself, the type of experience we do today. Outside of standard web security logging, determining whether you have cookies enabled, a recent browser, and a suitable version of the Flash plug-in for multimedia display, Village Homes only saves the information you wish to provide. We think this makes good practice.

Please read our Privacy Policy...
We treasure our customer relationships and think that privacy is a major tenant to earning that trust. But if you remain concerned about how Village Homes uses information, please click this link to read our Privacy Policy. To continue on to VillageHomes.com, please enable Cookies in your browser preference settings. Since each computer platform and browser are different, please read below if you need more specific directions on how to accomplish this...Then click on the Village Homes logo up above to continue...

We think this little extra effort is worth your time...
Our website allows users to browse all of Village Homes' master-planned communties, including our numerous home design collections, right down to plan-specific options, floor plans, pricing and currently available homes.
