AURORA, Colo. (March 2007) – Laing/Village LLC announces the opening of the Lakehouse at Southshore. Homeowners and buyers currently under contract in the unique new waterside community now have full access to this one-of-a-kind social and recreational centerpiece that offers stunning views of the Aurora Reservoir and Front Range.

Publicly unveiled during a weekend-long celebration in March, Southshore welcomed nearly 800 visitors to Lakehouse. The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver will manage and maintain a full menu of fitness, health and wellness programs. Beginning in May, swimming lessons, aquatic classes and instructions in kayaking, fly fishing and windsurfing will be offered.

Southshore homes range in size from approximately 1,600 to 3,800 square feet and are base-priced from the low $300,000s.
